 Overview: This grant provides capital investment to a developer of low-income housing projects. NCHFA will distribute its allocation competitively to project owners following a qualified allocation plan to owners who receive low-income tax credits. 
 Eligibility: These funds are only available to developers (for-profit or non-profit) of low income housing tax credits.
