Vision
Lead and execute technology solutions; provide fast response, informed technical expertise, and consistently high quality solutions. The Network Technology Services Division will generate satisfied customers transforming the Division into the service provider of choice.

The Network Technology Services Division consists of three teams:

Electronics Maintenance Team - installation, removal, and drive-in repair of subscriber end unit communication and public safety equipment, as well as program voice and data communication equipment.

Radio Communications - a full service, customer owned and maintained (CAOM) wired and wireless infrastructure to include the subscriber equipment.

Wireless Infrastructure Team - handles all the radio and data infrastructure needs for all the public safety agencies throughout the city/county and some surrounding counties. This includes radio/data system upgrades, console installation, programming and maintenance.
