INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY SERVICE
ROUTE 40x
On Friday, July 3, 2009 the Charlotte Area Transit System will operate a Sunday schedule in observance of the Independence Day holiday. In recognition that some customers will work on Friday, July 3, 2009, CATS will also operate a reduced express schedule. On Route 40x Albemarle Express, CATS will operate five trips in the morning, and four trips in the afternoon. Only trips to Hickory Grove/WT Harris will operate, and trips via Lawyers Road will not operate on July 3, 2009. The Friday, July 3, 2009 schedule will be as follows:
