INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY SERVICE

ALL ROUTES

On Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of the Independence Day holiday, CATS will operate a Sunday schedule on local routes, and will operate a reduced express schedule for customers who have to work in Uptown Charlotte on that day.  For information on schedule times, call 704-336-RIDE (7433), or consult one of the special riders alerts that are being developed for each express route.

Routes 81X Wachovia Express Shuttle and 44 Fort Mill will also operate on Friday, July 3, 2009.

In addition, CATS will operate a Saturday schedule on Saturday, July 4, 2009, and will operate a Sunday schedule on Sunday, July 5, 2009.  No express service will operate on Saturday or Sunday.

The LYNX Blue Line will operate according to a Saturday schedule on Friday, July 3, 2009, and will operate according to a Saturday schedule on Saturday, July 4, 2009.  On Sunday, July 5, 2009, the LYNX Blue Line will operate according to a Sunday schedule.  Extra trips on the LYNX Blue Line will operate as warranted over the holiday weekend in support of Independence Day events.
