CATS encourages all professional artists from any locale who have been involved in public art, public art-in-transit, the visual arts, as well as professional artists new to public art, to submit current slides and materials described in the application form to be considered for the CATS' Art-in-Transit program. Artists are chosen by art panelists reviewing work included in the artists' roster and slide registry. Artists who have not previously participated in public art projects are encouraged to apply.
To be considered for upcoming projects, artists should submit slides and materials for inclusion in our permanent slide registry by downloading the "Artist Application" and mailing information and slides to:
