CATS encourages all professional artists from any U.S. locale who have been involved in public art, public art-in-transit, the visual arts, as well as professional artists new to public art, to respond to Calls to Artists and/or Artist Teams posted on this website and emailed to artists currently in CATS' Art-in-Transit program artists' roster database. Artists are chosen by art panelists reviewing work electronically submitted in response to a Call to Artists and/or Artist Teams. Artists who have not previously participated in public art projects are encouraged to apply.
