Getting to your favorite Bobcats game just got easier. 

The Bobcats and Time Warner Cable Arena (TWC), in partnership with Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS), now offers the option to purchase adult round-trip tickets when you order Bobcats tickets either online (including print at home) or at the TWC box office.  When you choose the LYNX / CATS option, your event ticket will be specially marked to be used for a round-trip on the LYNX light rail or a CATS bus for the day of the TWC event. 

Here is how it works. 
1. Go online to  Bobcats Tickets

Once you have chosen your Bobcat tickets opt for the round-trip LYNX option or visit the TWC Arena box office and when ordering your Bobcat game day tickets. 

2. Your game day ticket will be specially marked to indicate you have paid for an adult-round trip.

3. On the day of the event, you can use your Bobcats game ticket to ride the LYNX light rail or a CATS bus.

Rules and Limitations:

• Only adult tickets are sold through this method.   Senior/Disabled/K-12 customers  desiring the reduced price must purchase a transit ticket at the LYNX station or pay when boarding a CATS bus.
• Eligible CATS services: Local, Express, Express Plus bus routes and LYNX light rail.
• The fare is the current local bus/LYNX fare. 
• Customers can ride Express and Express Plus routes with a TWC event ticket by paying the difference between a local fare and the higher fare for the trip.  K-12, Seniors and disabled with a specially marked TWC event ticket, which is an adult ticket, do NOT need to pay an up-charge when riding an Express or Express Plus route.
• You must travel on the day of the TWC event and possess your TWC event ticket with the LYNX/CATS special marks. 
• You must present your TWC event ticket for inspection when asked by a CATS employee or contractor for verification of ride.  Failure to possess a properly marked and dated fare media or not allow inspection of a TWC ticket can result in a $50 citation.
• No refunds for unused transit trips.
