Enderly Park Neighborhood Improvement Project

A 2008 Neighborhood Bond Project

This project s boundaries are Tuckaseegee Road, Berryhill Road and Freedom Drive. In the 2006 Neighborhood Improvements Bonds, $500,000 was allocated for Planning and Design for the Enderly Park neighborhood project.  In November 2008, voters approved another neighborhood improvement bond package which contained $3,000,000 to be used to construct the Enderly Park NIP project.

Objectives:

  • Maintain, stabilize and revitalize the neighborhood through comprehensive infrastructure improvements
  • Strengthen the neighborhood and surrounding community

Click here to see the final concept plan (April 2008) showing the proposed improvements.  Changes to the concept plan:  The Project Team has decided not to include the pedestrian path on Effingham Drive in the design due to long term maintenance and right-of-way constraints.
