Finchley-Purser/Shamrock Hills (formerly Shannon Park) Neighborhood Improvement Project

A 2010 Neighborhood Improvement Bond Project.

In November 2006, voters approved $25,000,000 for neighborhood improvement projects including $1,700,000 for planning, design, r/w acquisition, utility relocation and construction for the Finchley-Purser/Shamrock Hills neighborhood.

This project will provide infrastructure improvements that may include:

  • New curb alignment to accommodate vehicles, transit, bicycles, and pedestrians.
  • Coordination with storm drainage improvement projects and water and sewer line replacement projects.

Objectives:

  • Maintain, stabilize and revitalize the neighborhood through comprehensive infrastructure improvements
