North Carolina Senior Care Program - This program is designed specifically to provide prescription drug assistance to North Carolina seniors diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and/or diabetes and who meet certain income guidelines. The site includes details on eligibility requirements, an online application, training materials, and other helpful information about the program.
