The Economic Development Office has oversight over the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Workforce Development Board (WDB) which operates local workforce development programs as well as works on workforce issues as identified by the community.

ProNet pulls together information about local resources available to you from unemployment insurance to training and education opportunities to tools to explore changing into a new career altogether.
