The Standards Governing Animal Holding Facilities were incorporated into the Rabies and Other Zoonoses Ordinance. The Board of Commissioners also repealed the Mecklenburg County Food Service Regulation that had been adopted on April 15, 1970 since state rules now govern those facilities.
