Mecklenburg County Air Quality provides education and outreach programs to the public, civic groups, business and industry, and elected officials by creating reports, conducting training and informational presentations and answering questions.  The Mecklenburg County Air Quality Commission, a citizen committee appointed by the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners advises both the County Commissioners and the program.
