Zoning permits and inspections -
administer and enforce the zoning regulations adopted by Matthews, Mint Hill and PIneville.
Land Development Plan Review - review site development plans for compliance with ordinances, standards and specifications
Land Development Inspection - inspect roadway and drainage construction
Groundwater/Wastewater - well and septic tank permits and inspections
Water Quality - conduct erosion control inspections and enforcement, investigate surface water quality problems, and conduct storm water management inspections
Property Tax Assessment - pick up or drop off forms for listing personal property and change of address forms. Real property services by appointment. No tax payments are accepted at LUESA South.
