Starting March 29, 2010, LUESA-North and LUESA-South will not be able to accept check and cash payments at all times. This change is due to reduced workload, budget cuts, and staff reassignments.
In general, LUESA-North will accept cash and check payments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. LUESA-South will accept cash and check payments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Credit card payments can be made during any regular office hours.

*Provides engineering plan review and inspection.
Services for the Towns of Cornelius, Davidson*, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill and Pineville and their extra-territorial jurisdictions (ETJs) that surround the City of Charlotte. These services include the design review and inspection of storm drainage systems, water quality features, erosion control, roadways and driveway entrances.
*Davidson's ETJ extends into neighboring Iredell County.
