Four Mile Creek Greenway

Length: Approximately 2 miles

Location: Johnston Road to Rea Road

Description:  The trail will link the existing McMullen/Lower McAlpine greenways to neighborhoods east of Johnston Road along Four Mile Creek. The greenway will also provide visitors with access to a shopping center on the corner of Rea Road and Bevington Drive.

The greenway will be a combination of asphalt trail and boardwalk. The design calls for a small parking lot and restroom facility to be located off of Johnston Road.

What's Next: Design and permitting are complete. Construction is anticipated to begin May 2007.

Community Workshop:
Minutes for February 22, 2006 workshop
