What’s Next: Design of Lower McDowell Creek Greenway is nearly complete.  Due to budget constraints, construction of Lower McDowell Creek Greenway has been temporarily put on hold.  A connection to existing Torrence Creek Greenway, Torrence Creek Tributary #2 Greenway, has teamed up with a County stormwater restoration project.  It is anticipated that a portion of Torrence Creek Tributary #2 Greenway will begin construction in spring 2010, along with the stormwater restoration project.  Construction should last about 1 year.
