Charlotte, NC –   Learn football from the people who really know!  Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation hosts a one day Carolina Panthers Junior Training Camp for youth, ages 7-14, on Wednesday, July 30, 2008, 10am-3pm, at Tuckaseegee Park, 4820 Tuckaseegee Road. This camp is FREE to youngsters.

The camp, designed and monitored by the Panthers and conducted by Park and Recreation staff.  It is a skills clinic designed to bring the experience of an NFL Training Camp to youth. The camp also reinforces life skills such as discipline, teamwork and respect. This is a non-contact clinic which focuses on learning and improving fundamental skills. Permission and waiver forms for signature by parent or guardian will be sent to participants.
