Customers can obtain the following account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing (704) 336-2211 or emailing Customer Service

  • Start a new account
  • Transfer account to new address
  • Account balance
  • Date of last payment
  • Overdue balance
  • Current due date

Note: A $32.00 service charge will apply to all new service connections or account transfers.

Residential Customer
 
To Request Water Service Turned On / Off or Account Transfer  call # 311  (or 704-336-7600)  and request a "water service move in / move out or transfer."  311 can assist from 7:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. seven days a week.
 

New Taps (if you are requesting the installation of a new water meter and/or sewer tap)

Home Builders / Developers request form to get water meter(s) installed.

View your bill online (We are currently working on this and hope to have it available by Fall 2008.  This is part of a major project to improve the water billing system.  If you have questions, feel free to email us using our general comment form)
