As part of the State's Clean Water Act, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities is proud to provide this performance report that shows how our wastewater system works and how well we performed during the year. This Wastewater Performance Report is required of all public and private wastewater collection and treatment systems in the State. It is released each September and includes performance highlights as well as all reported sewage spills and other federal and local environmental compliance information.
