2011 Air Toxics Emission Inventory for Mecklenburg County
As required by the US Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"), and in accordance with Mecklenburg County Air Pollution Control Ordinance ("MCAPCO") Regulation 1.5104 - "General Duties and Powers of the Director, with the Approval of the Board" subparagraph (b)(1), Mecklenburg County Air Quality ("MCAQ") is conducting an air toxics pollutant emission inventory for calendar year 2011.

Mecklenburg County Air Quality ("MCAQ") will mail our permitted stationary sources an Air Toxics Emission Inventory packet on Friday, October 14, 2011.

Return the "General Information" and "Emission Information" forms along with all relevant supporting documentation and calculations to MCAQ no later than April 30, 2012.  Please note that the deadline for this inventory is the same as your annual criteria emission inventory reporting date.  The air toxics emission inventory and criteria emissions inventory may be submitted together.

The following information and spreadsheets are necessary to complete your inventory.  Click on the links below to access the information and required forms.

Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call your Air Quality contact at 704-336-5430.
