Under the Integrated Payment and Reimbursement System (IPRS); Providers are required to have a contract with MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare in order to offer mental health, intellectual and/or developmental disability, substance abuse services to individuals in North Carolina.

When MeckLINK determines a gap in service availability or if new services or funding are available a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a Request for Information (RFI) will be posted at the following link- RFP's are posted online. During this time, the Provider Network will be open for new credentialing.
