CFT 101: Intro to System of Care and Child and Family Teams. Will provide basic understanding of the Wraparound approach and Child and Family Teams (CFT's) including an overview of the planning process and the basic roles and responsibilities of Team members.
CFT 201: Introduction to Child and Family Team Coordination. To provide a brief overview of all four phases of Wraparound and to build skills related to Phase 1: Engagement and Team Preparation.
CFT 202: Strengths, Needs and Culture Discovery for Child and Family Teams. To develop a foundation for utilizing a strengths-based approach in service and support of youth and families and to develop skills for creating a Strengths, Needs and Culture Discovery.
CFT 203: Creating Natural Supports Through Child & Family Team Planning. You will be introduced to the concept of Natural Supports and will practice tools to identify resources for Child and Family Teams that need them.
CFT 204: To understand and build necessary skills for strengths-based plan development for Child and Family Teams.
CFT 205: Crisis Planning for Child & Family Teams. This training is designed to understand and build necessary skills for crisis planning.
CFT 304: To further develop skills (coaching, giving feedback and conflict resolution) related to Engagement and team Preparation.
Incident Response Process: Overview of Incident Response Process as it relates to IRIS.
IRIS Training: Overview of State IRIS training.
NC-TOPPS: Provides general training on the NC-TOPPS processes and NC-TOPPS procedures as they relate to the Local Management Entity (Mecklenburg County LME) expectations.
Time for Court: A worker's practical guide to Family Court in Mecklenburg County. Learn to describe SOC and the 10 principles, describe Family Court, explain how Family Court and SOC fit together, identify key Court professionals, & have a working knowledge of Court information.
Alpha MCS Provider Online Training Portal
Required for all Provider Staff that submit data and claims
This course is intended for viewing by authorized Mecklenburg County provider agencies who will be using the AlphaMCS system. In this on-line course, providers will find training videos that teach basic functionality and navigation in the AlphaMCS system. Review videos and take online test.

ALPHA MCS Technical Assistance Training
After completing the above online training, within a few days you will receive a user name and password. You can not register for technical assistance training without the user name and password. These sessions are held every-other Tuesday and begin promptly at 9:00 am and end at Noon.
