The County's Goals & Results component of the Public Awareness Index gauges citizen awareness of each of the following areas:

1. Public Awareness - E-Gov Services
   The e-Gov Services component of the Public Awareness Index is comprised of several online services including air quality forecasts, vital records and restaurant inspection ratings. The charts below reflect the percentage of respondents that used or were aware of each of the County's online services.
   
   
2. Public Awareness - County Facilities
   The County Facilities component of the Public Awareness Index includes the  Park & Recreation facilities listed below including Freedom Park, Ray’s Splash Planet and the McDowell Nature Center.
   
   
3. Public Awareness - County Services
   The County Services component of the Public Awareness Index is comprised of several County services including early voting, composting classes and homelessness services. The charts below reflect the percentage of respondents that were aware of each County service.
    
4. Public Awareness - County Goals & Results
   The County Goals & Results component of the Public Awareness Index gauges awareness of the County’s long-term planning process, 3-year Strategic Business Plan, Community & Corporate Scorecard and achievement of performance goals.
