The travMECK Foreign Travel Clinic is equipped to provide a number of key services for travelers. Our travel clinic offers pre-travel advice, travel related prescriptions and vaccinations.
Important travel immunizations are also available and include but are not limited to:
- Hepatitis A & B
- Meningococcal
- Polio
- Tetanus
- Typhoid
- Yellow Fever

call 704-336-6500 to make an appointment. To have adequate time to assess your needs, appointments must be made
at least 2 weeks before departure date and the information listed under “
What we need from you” must be submitted at
least 1 week before your appointment. If information is not received by then, your appointment will be cancelled.
travMECK nurses will provide the most current travel, health and safety information so that the traveler is as protected as possible while abroad.

travMECK Clinic is available at the Health Department's Southeast Campus,
249 Billingsley Road, Charlotte.
Eligibility
Travel services are available to all 16 years of age and older.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Please provide the following information at least one week prior to your appointment.
- Fill out and send us your travMeck Packet.
- Send us an official copy of your shot records. How to find your immunization Record.
Appointments will be canceled if information is not received by deadline.
Payment is required at the time of service.
