HR Policy and Procedures

Government documents have the reputation of being bureaucratic, legalistic, complex and hard to understand. Therefore they often serve little purpose. This is unacceptable for a document of vital importance to all employees.

The new Mecklenburg County Human Resources Policy and Procedure Manual is designed to be easy to use. A glossary, an acronym list, and index have been added. The Manual is constantly updated as policies and procedures evolve.
