What kinds of services can I access with Just1Call?
No need is too small or too great for Just1Call. Simply tell us what you need. Some of the most common needs for senior citizens and adults with disabilities are:

Will Just1Call try to sell me something?
No. Just1Call professionals will never try to sell you anything. Just1Call provides easy one-stop access to providers that can meet your needs. However, some of the service providers in our database offer fee-based services, for example, some home health service agencies.

How can Just1Call talk to people in more than 140 languages?
To provide assistance to callers who speak languages other than English, Just1Call has subscribed to a translation service. The caller simply needs to tell the Just1Call social worker answering the phone that he or she does not speak English. A simple three-way call allows us to serve the entire Charlotte-Mecklenburg community with the same quality service.
