Charlotte, NC --  Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department’s outdoor swimming pools open for the summer season on Saturday, May 23--just in time for Memorial Day Weekend!  ALL admissions remain at only $1 for all day, to help families cope with a rough economy!

Pools will be open every weekend through Labor Day, Sept. 7.  Pools will be open on weekdays, after school closes, June 11-August 24. Park and Recreation’s outdoor pools are:

  • Cordelia Pool, 2100 N. Davidson St., 704-336-2096
