Charlotte, NC - Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation will host the 1st annual MeckTeens Health Explosion for youth, ages 11-17, on Saturday, Oct. 22. The event will take place from 11 a.m - 2 p.m. at West Charlotte Recreation Center, 2401 Kendall Drive. 

The fair will feature activites and games as well as information on health-related resources that are available to teens.

Power 98's No Limit Larry & The Morning Maddhouse and the West Charlotte High School Cheerleaders willl also be on hand as part of the festivities.
