Renowned Public Garden Designer to Visit Charlotte
Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation will welcome Lynden Miller, a world-renowned public garden designer, to Charlotte to speak about the importance of preserving open space and making places memorable.
After School Skateboard Sessions Offered at Grayson SkatePark
Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation now offers after school skateboarding sessions for youth, ages 8-12 at Grayson SkatePark, 750 Beal Street. Sessions take place from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

The Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Greenway Advisory Council will host two Community Workshops to gain citizen input on the design and construction of an extension to the Wesley Heights Greenway.
