Zoning
Zoning regulations are the rules that determine how parcels of land may be used.

Find zoning classification:  Zoning ("Polaris")

Note: You must know the property's tax parcel number or the street address to determine the zoning classification. After you have searched and located the property click on "Layers" on the right side of the screen and then on the left side of the screen select Zoning.

Rezoning
When owners want to develop or use their property in ways that do not conform to their current zoning regulations, they must apply for a change to their zoning classification, also commonly referred to as a rezoning.
