CHARLOTTENC.GOV is the home page for the City of Charlotte. The site features general information about City services, departments and programs. The site is the official news center for the City and its departments and features a newsroom, access to the Government Channel (GOV Channel)  and online subscription services (CMail, CATS Rider Alerts and construction updates) to keep citizens informed. The site also promotes the City's elected leadership and connects to state and federal resources as well. Visitors can also access 311 and conduct online business. CHARLOTTENC.GOV houses all of the City's department sites, resources and information, therefore the City and its departments use charlottenc.gov in marketing materials to direct the public. The site is an extension of the City's re-branding effort to connect the public with the City and build recognition of City services under the crown trademark and through consistent usage of graphics, fonts and color.
