Southern hospitality is what we deliver at Charlotte Douglas. With over 100,000 visitors each day, we aim to please. Every six months, CLT conducts a passenger opinion survey. The results are used to determine how the Airport can better serve its customers. It’s resulted in free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal, added charging stations and increased currency exchange hours.
In May 2005, CLT began the Airport’s Volunteer Program. Today, the program has grown to more than 70 volunteers, who aim to create a positive traveling experience for CLT passengers.
