Southern hospitality is what we deliver at Charlotte Douglas. With more than 100,000 visitors each day, we aim to please. Every six months, CLT conducts a passenger opinion survey. The results are used to determine how the Airport can better serve its customers. It’s resulted in free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal, added charging stations and increased currency exchange hours, just to name a few.
In May 2005, CLT’s Airport Volunteer Program launched. Today, the program has grown to more than 70 volunteers, who aim to create a positive traveling experience for CLT passengers. Afterall, that’s what it’s all about for us. We encourage you to take advantage of CLT’s many amenities and let us know how we can better serve you.
