Make bill payment simple and green   
 
Log on to your bank’s online bill pay / e-bill web site and sign up to receive and pay your City of Charlotte Services Bills electronically. It is free, simple, secure and green. You can also schedule your payments to be made automatically and set a maximum amount that your bank account could be drafted. In addition, you can select to receive e-mail alerts and payment reminders. The e-mails will not include the image of the bill but could include summary bill information.

Electronic bill presentment and payments is available through online bill pay services provided by most banks, credit unions and other financial institutions.  City Services customers who do not currently use online bill pay are encouraged to visit their bank’s website to learn more.

Can I view my bill online at the City of Charlotte’s website?
Currently you cannot view your Services Bill on the City’s website. We plan to offer this option soon to customers who would prefer to sign up for electronic bill presentment and payments on the City’s website instead of their bank’s site.
