The Administration Division is the office for the City's Finance Director. It provides strategic oversight for the department's activities, managers day-to-day operations and provides policy and fiscal support to the City Manager. Division staff are responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of Finance's vision and mission:

Finance's strategic initiatives are determined through an annual planning process, which is evaluated throughout the year. This planning ensures the department's objectives align with the City's corporate objectives and always with the goal of providing comprehensive citizen service. Plan implementation focuses on projects and process improvement.
