Housing and Neighborhood Development Committee 2010
The City Council Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND) Committee meets throughout the year to discuss issues that will be brought to the full Council.  The Committee's recommendations, based on their research and discussion is an important component in the City Council's final decision.
