COMMUNITY MEETING TO DISCUSS I-77 NOISE WALL DESIGN TREATMENT
WHO: City of Charlotte Planning and Transportation Departments, NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and the Historic West End Neighborhood Association
WHAT: This community meeting will be held to discuss information related to the design treatment and color texture options for neighborhood noise walls as part of the I-77 High Occupancy Toll Lanes Project.
WHERE: NCDOT Traffic Management Center, 2327 Tipton Drive, Charlotte, NC 28206
WHEN: Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
WHY: The City and NCDOT have been working with residents and property owners on both the decision to build the noise wall and the design of the wall (color and texture). Representatives will be on hand at this evening’s meeting to provide additional information on this project and to address any concerns around the design treatment.
