On Wednesday September 5th starting at 4:00 p.m. routes 3, 11, 17, 23 will be moved to bays either on 3rd Street or on S. Mint Street near 4th Street. This change will be in effect from 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 5th until 1:30 a.m. Thursday September 6th. CATS will provide signage indicating where routes will stop to de-board and pickup customers. Routes will share several bays on the same side of the road and will always use those set of bays. Starting at 5:00 a.m. Thursday September 6th CATS will resume normal operations out of the transit center located at 310 East 4th Street. Click here for a PDF version of the bay map
