CATS Procurement and Contract Management Section posts all CATS related Invitations to Bid (ITB) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) on the North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System (IPS) website.
When we post a bid or proposal to the IPS system, each registered vendor having indicated an interest in receiving notifications will receive an automatic e-mail notification for your category of interest.
Vendors will be notified of the CATS ITBs and RFPs just like they are for State postings for the same category.
