INCLEMENT WEATHER


We want you to know that CATS is prepared for inclement weather and ready to provide the transportation you need.

When bad weather hits, you can get transit information by going to the CATS web site at www.ridetransit.org, where we will post regular updates regarding CATS services.

You can also call CATS Customer Service at 704-336-7433. Our automated phone system is available 24 hours a day and this system is also a source of information during inclement weather.
 
Remember to stay in touch when bad weather hits, and we'll do our best to keep the buses and trains rolling and to keep you informed.
