Proposed Service Changes

Route 11 – North Tryon and Route 22 – Graham Street

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is hosting public meetings to share information and solicit input regarding proposed service changes to Routes 11 and 22. CATS is proposing to modify the 11K and extend service to Wal-Mart via University Pointe Drive and the businesses along IKEA Boulevard. The proposal for Route 22 is to reduce service along Prosperity Church Road and streamline routing  through the University Research Park to improve schedule reliability. If the proposals are adopted, changes are scheduled for implementation on October 7, 2013.

The public meetings will be in an open house format, designed so you can drop in anytime during the meeting hours. CATS wants your feedback and encourages transit customers and members of the community to attend the meeting to ask questions and learn more about the proposed changes to these routes.
