CATS is developing its five-year Countywide Transit Service Plan (CTSP). Once complete, the approved CTSP will guide CATS’ strategy for year-by-year bus service enhancements for Mecklenburg County and the region.

CATS launched a public involvement process last fall to hear from passengers and residents throughout Mecklenburg County. CATS staff presented information at 31 public or neighborhood and community meetings. Comments play an important role in preparing the CTSP.

CATS staff will hold five public meetings to present the proposed CTSP to the public. Public comments are welcome.

Each meeting will be from
6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
