RIDE CATS TO THE CAROLINA PANTHERS PLAYOFF GAME ON SUNDAY
Charlotte, N.C. – Avoid the hassle of trying to find a parking space on Sunday, January 12 and save your energy to cheer the Carolina Panthers to a playoff win. Hop aboard the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) and let us get you to the game safely and on time.
The LYNX Blue Line, which runs from I-485/South Boulevard to the Seventh Street Station Uptown, will increase its service to two-car trains every 10 minutes between 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Passengers are encouraged to buy round trip fares so you can hop on the train and head home with ease after the game. Several trains will be waiting afterwards to get you home safely and quickly.
CATS’ local buses come right to the Charlotte Transportation Center in Uptown and it’s just a short walk to Bank of America Stadium. You can catch the bus safely home or to your hotel after the game with no worries of navigating through game day traffic.
Here is a complete list of transit fares aboard CATS. Buses take exact change only. The ticket vending machines along the light rail line take cash or credit card. To learn more about CATS and its services, visit www.ridetransit.org or call 704-336-7433.
