YOUR INVESTMENT IN TRANSIT YIELDING MANY RETURNS
Charlotte, N.C., July 19, 2010 - The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will be conducting a series of public meetings for a look at how transit improvements over the last decade are benefitting the community and what's planned for the future to provide greater connectivity for the region. "We are taking this information to the community to show CATS' investors what we have achieved in the forms of operational quality and reliability as well as amenities and corridor projects," said Carolyn Flowers, CEO of CATS. "The entire community by virtue of paying sales tax dedicated to public transit has an investment in their local transit system."
The same information will be shared at each meeting.
