CATS LYNX Blue Line Extension (Northeast Corridor) Light Rail Project publishes the Northeast Transitions newsletter, to provide residents and interested parties with project updates.  The newsletter includes information about the light rail project, public art, land use planning, the federal process and upcoming public meetings.
