Every year we award the "David Townsend Volunteer of the Year Award". The Cabinet inaugurated this award in 2000 to honor Charlotte Sister Cities member David Townsend. It was created to recognize outstanding volunteer support associated with international programming. Please join us as we give the 2012 award to one dedicated volunteer in our community.
The International Toast will take place in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center on the first floor on July 26th from 4 to 6 PM.
