The Office of International Relations is committed to being a resource to foster international relationships - between Charlotte's various international communities and between Charlotte and the world.

The office keeps track of the many connections the community has to the world. There are over 300 organizations in the Charlotte region with a focus on serving the international community or helping Charlotteans be better global citizens. You can find a list of those organizations here. If you'd like your tax deductible non-profit, educational, charitable or governmental organization added to the list please contact the office in writing.

The office also works with various City of Charlotte boards, commissions and task forces - including the Charlotte International Cabinet and the Immigrant Integration Task Force. When international issues facing our community need to be studied in more depth, the Mayor or City Council can call for the Cabinet or a task force to address the topic. You can find copies of past task force reports here.
