With direction from the Charlotte City Council, Engineering & Property Management (E&PM) seeks input from our community in order to build better projects and provide better services.  Often, this input comes from the public involvement process used when building capital projects.  Neighborhood public meetings are conducted by E&PM staff and consultants in order to determine concerns of nearby businesses and citizens impacted by the project.
