A 2008 Neighborhood Improvement Bond Project.
In November 2006, voters approved $25,000,000 for neighborhood improvement projects including $925,000 for planning, design, right-of-way acquisition, utility relocation and construction for the Hidden Valley neighborhood.
This project will provide infrastructure improvements to Dawn Circle that include:
- Roadway and pedestrian improvements such as curb and gutter, sidewalk and storm drainage.
- Coordination with storm drainage improvement projects and water line construction projects.
Objectives:
- Maintain, stabilize and revitalize the neighborhood through comprehensive infrastructure improvements
- Strengthen the neighborhood and surrounding community
