A Neighborhood Improvement Project
Voters approved funding for neighborhood improvement projects including $2,300,000 for the planning, design and construction of infrastructure projects in the Delta Lake neighborhood located off of Harris Boulevard at Delta Lake Drive.
Proposed improvements include curb and gutter, sidewalk and storm drainage.
Objectives:
- To improve the quality of life for the Delta Lake neighborhood
- To upgrade infrastructure to revitalize the neighborhood
Cost: $2,300,000
Please note this figure includes all costs associated with the project such as planning and design, acquiring the right of way, utility relocation, consultant fees, construction, signalization, permits and landscaping.
