A 2006 Neighborhood Improvement Project
This project area is bounded by Eastway Drive, Albemarle Road, N. Sharon Amity Road, Central Avenue and Independence Boulevard. This project will identify opportunities for roadway and pedestrian improvements such as:

curb and gutter

sidewalks
-
driveway aprons
-
storm drainage
This project may also involve coordination with storm drainage improvements and water and sewer line replacements. This project's construction is funded by the 2008 Neighborhood Bonds. Construction of this project will begin in 2012.
Cost: $3,000,000
Please note that this is the NIP (Neighborhood Improvement Program) funding amount. Project costs typically include all costs associated with the project such as planning and design, acquiring the right of way, utility relocation, consultant fees, construction, signalization, permits and landscaping.
